The location is very comfortable because of closeness of metro station and two central beautiful streets - Diagonal and Gracia. The breakfasts were good as for guest house. All the staff go above and beyond what you could possibly want or need by way of help and are warm hearted, kind and happy-chappies. Not even remote - Everything at this hostel is perfect. It really is like a home and feels like a boutique hotel, except that you're just staying in dorms. Beautiful dorms at that. The staff and owner are lovely and so helpful. It is in one of the best locations in Barcelona in a beautiful tree-lined, semi-pedestrian street so it is relatively quiet and very tranquil. It is such good value for money.

  Liked this place from the moment I walked in. Beautiful old Spanish building, relaxed atmosphere, very clean, neat design combined with friendly helpful staff and those great beds were a pleasure to sleep on. Location is perfect and we walked to most places, a supermarket around the corner and the basic kitchen were a nice add on top of the free c... wat mensen zeggen » offee and tea corner. Highly recommended! - Very friendly staff with quite a quaint feeling to the place. Will come again for a more social function! For the cash-tight introvert (me), recommend coming with a friend during off-season and staying for a few days; eat food from the market nearby and enjoy the sights.

  Absolutely everything was outstanding. The apartment was finished to the highest quality and immaculate. The location was walking distance from all the delights of Barcelona. The hostess/owner went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible even arranging for a hairdresser to visit apartment at 7pm on a Saturday evening !   Great location, very quiet area, great apartment for 2-4 people. The hosts were helpful and very kind, but there is no cleaning during the stay so you have to keep it clean yourself. I would come back!

  Location is great. Gracia is a beautiful neighborhood right in the centrum. The host of the house is a very nice and helpful guy. Ask him for directions or suggestions and he won't let you down. The apartment is nice and especially clean. Was good value and was perfect for our weekend break. The food and beer in the minibar were really cheap-which was surprisingly different from anywhere else we've stayed! Highly recommended!
