  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. I read from previous reviews that the breakfast buffet was meager with no hot food... wat mensen zeggen » ... Maybe this was a recent update, but when we were there we were able to order eggs prepared to our liking, which I thought was neat! The hotel is l - Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.

  Central location at the heart of the city and yet no traffic noise. Room was comfortable - well worth paying for the sitting room. Best choice of TV channels I've had in the Balearics. Continental breakfast offered a lovely choice of fruit, cheeses, meats, bread and pastries as well as juices with freshly made coffee and the decadent touch of Cava... wat mensen zeggen » ! The courtyard was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff were discreet but friendly when needed. - The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

  We found the staff to be extremely helpful; they had arranged an early check-in and acted promptly when we had a problem with the room safe. Breakfast at the Palladium was varied, plentiful and good - and the dining room staff were efficient and friendly. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The hotel was located in the town ... wat mensen zeggen » centre and close to some fine places to eat and drink, and within easy walking distance of the main shopping streets. The old town and the magnificent - The 2 guys on the desk were very welcoming when we checked in and confirmed our earlier request for an early check-in ( it was 10.30 am ) and a room on a high floor with Cathedral view. The room was a good size ( at least twice as big as we had recently in Barcelona at the same price ) Bathroom excellant with Power shower . Although on the edge of the town it's only 10 min's walk to everything . Very nice quality Bedding ! Breakfasts are good with a reasonable choice of cereals , cold meats

The bus from the airport stops outside the hotel. The hotel is of modern design, comfortable and clean. Excellent and friendly staff. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

Came here a few years ago and hotel definitely needed updating.The recent revamp has made this an excellent place to stay.Location could not be better - sea view rooms overlook the marina with views of cathedral to left and cruise ships to the right. Bus direct to airport (3 Euros) and city - What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. Breakfast could not have been better, the choice is vast, from pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, cooked breakfast to order,

  Really beautifully designed hotel, exterior and the public areas. Very cool. About a 15 min walk to the marina and wonderful contemporary art gallery and 10 min to the shopping area or restaurants, so out of the centre, but near enough. Rooms well equipped and designed quite funky, very zen all white, and single room perfect size, excellent shower... wat mensen zeggen » , cool basin. Free WiFi. All in all excellent, and would happily stay again. Lovely rooftop chill out and pool area, with great views of the mountains - It is a beautiful hotel with great design which is close to the spirit of the island. In 10-min walking distance from the old town. The staff was very kind making an early check-in after I arrived with a night flight. I stayed in a single room and loved the clever way how space was used - though it was not big, it gave an impression of space and you where comfortable moving anywhere, including shower :)

  De kamer (221) heeft een schitterend balkon met ligstoelen, uitkijkend op zwembad en een kasteel. - Nadat we hadden aangegeven dat we in het oude gedeelte na 3 nachten niet konden slapen. Jeugd overlast buiten en verbouwingsgeluiden s'morgens. En dat met enkele beglazing. Konden we verhuizen, wel gewoon tegen supletie betaling, naar het nieuwe gede... wat mensen zeggen » elte.
