I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Barcelona, and I was very happy with my stay. The room wasn't huge, but it had a king-size bed. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on the quality, but it was E8 which seemed expensive given that I had

within one metro stop from the Sants railway station. White foyer, bright-
green corridor, cosy rooms - each about one of the Barcelona places of
interest. Ours was called 'Parc Guel'. The window looks out on
the quiet yard. We arrived late, something after midnight. The stuff
was waiting and opened at once. Buffet breakfast gotta be booked in the
evening before, it's quite rich - with hamon, eggs, pastries and

I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.

Stayed for 8 days, in the beginning, the hotel was the mistakes, and they booked us a room to other guests were settled, we proposed a more modest room, two days later freed ours, previously reserved room. This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. Staff was really helpful and friendly. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).

A shared kitchen allowed cooking own meals, staff spoke perfect english and was very helpful - they even made some calls to solve a problem that happened to us while visiting another hotel. Our room was quite small but clean, functional and nice. -

The location of Hostal Boutique Khronos was excellent, 10 mins walk from the main square where buses to and from airport were situated. Bus Turistic city tour buses also leave from here. We were also only 15 mins walk from The Ramblas, the main tourist shopping street. Khronos was basic but very clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was quite hard, but this seems to be the case in many Spanish hotels. there was also a great terrace where free tea was served. Right next
