  Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. - Great place!   A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. - Modern facilities, great views, vip lounge for snacks and drinks.

  The location was excellent with great transport links on your doorstep and the Gaudi house opposite the apartments. The view from the clean and stylish roof top was brilliant and the two small pools was perfect for a small dip but dont expect to do length in them! The room (four people sharing) was beautifully styled and comfortable with great facilities. The staff were friendly and - I loved the service from all of the conceirge attendents. They were all extremely helpful and responded very quickly. I especially enjoyed (Chavi) sp?? He went above and beyond to organize a personal coastal tour for us which was amazing, recommended 3 restaurants that were all off the charts.   Zoals hierboven aangegeven is alles wat je van een hotel mag verwachten uitstekend in orde. Ik reis elke maand wel naar een Europees land en overnacht in evenzovele hotels. In barcelona heb ik in de afgelopen jaren in diverse hotels in het centrum overnacht. Regina is een prettige uitschieter. - De ligging, het ontbijt en het personeel.   The hotel was very centrally located within a few minutes walking distance of busy las ramblas & close to many restaurants & a supermarket. The apartment room was large & spacious to accommodate my family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The bathroom was very spacious as well & the kitchenette was well equipped. Wifi connection was fas... wat mensen zeggen » t & multiple users could use it simultaneously. Hot water shower was very good. Hotel reception staff were exceptional eg Aritz, Manuel & Zavi - Lovely location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but in a small side street so it is nice and quiet. The rooms are lovely with the exposed wall and slate tiled bathrooms. Staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat and go see, and generally very friendly and attentive. Fantastic location near all the bars and restaurants, and about 5-7 min walk to the food market, and tube (metro) station. We didn't use the swimming pool as we went in March (still too cold) but it did look tiny.
