  The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcomed us warmly to the hotel, we had a fantastic breakfast laid out for us each day with good strong coffee and home made treats! Our room was very clean, quiet and relaxing, we had access to the rooftop terrace which was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. We were collected by the lovely, helpful staff (Marta) and taken there by car. The place couldn't have been more lovely, huge apartment, beautiful decor, and the view of the Alhambra could not be better. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. :D

  We stayed as part of a road trip around Andalucia. This was the final hotel on the stay. We had come to Granada expressly to visit the Alhambra Palace. This hotel was perfectly positioned. We could walk to the Alhambra (15 minutes) plus were close to the Arab quarter. Our room felt modern, contemprary, the bed was comfy. the HD TV wasn't used. The... wat mensen zeggen » staff could not have been more helpful, helping us sort out entry tickets for the Alhambra, making coffee, sorting wifi. The hotel rooms are accessed - The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.

  The location on the Darro Ruver in Granada is excellent. Fairly flat & easy to move your luggage from Plaza/ taxis to the hotel. Great location for catching bus to the Alhambra; great neighborhood for restaurants and exploring the Albayzin, etc. best feature of the hotel was the 2 hour social sherry hour everyday in the Library.   The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

  What a place!!! And what a hotel!!! The room we stayed was perfect. The interior design was outstanding and had a small terrace with a breathtaking view to Alhambra. The breakfast was tasteful and homemade (fresh orange juice and toasted bread with tomatoes). Antonio is a very friendly and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed the three days we spent in this delightfu - Solar Montes Claros was a perfect complete for a magical city Granada. Interior of the place is just lovely! Moroccan style interior and when you look from the window you see beautiful Alhambra just in front of you. And Antonio's hospitality makes you feel you are at home! And with his healthy breakfast all dat you feel great. I would def recommend anyone who would like to have the real feeling of Granada.
