  The apartment-sharing style feeling rather than being in a soul-less hotel. Pablo was extremely welcoming and devoted to provide a great stay: breakfast was served for my early rising, he gave me tips on great tapas place, etc. Really a great host. My room was good size and well decorated. There is a little balcony where you can enjoy reading a bo... wat mensen zeggen » ok or taking breakfast as I did. It's on the 5th floor so it's quite nice. The location is perfect on a residential street with bakeries and groceries - It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great. And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful. Room was quite comfortable and clean. But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors . Minimal breakfast is included .

  I stayed at the hotel for a conference in Barcelona, and I was very happy with my stay. The room wasn't huge, but it had a king-size bed. Everything was kept immaculately clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The area that the hotel is in is more of a residential/shopping area of Barcelona, which I liked, as it - Everything! Very nice small hotel almost in the centre of Barcelona, within one metro stop from the Sants railway station. White foyer, bright- green corridor, cosy rooms - each about one of the Barcelona places of interest. Ours was called 'Parc Guel'. The window looks out on the quiet yard. We arrived late, something after midnight. The stuff was waiting and opened at once. Buffet breakfast gotta be booked in the evening before, it's quite rich - with hamon, eggs, pastries and coffee.   The apartment was lovely. Nice little balconies overlooking a park. Plenty of space. We were very happy to have the kitchen facilities, and the price was the same as a regular hotel. The location was wonderful, just a couple of blocks north of the University. Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. All the sights within walking distance. Thoroughly recommend.

  Rooms are built within an appartement building giving you the feeling of having your own city loft. We had room 4 with a spacious patio overlooking the university building. Beautiful combination of old tile floors with authentic design. It is a hostel but the beds are really comfortable, have luxurious sheets and everything is brand new, clean and... wat mensen zeggen » well finished. The hostel is very centrally located at the placa de la universidad and placa de Catalunya is at walking distance. The area surroundin - Very warm welcome from Carlos which continued throughout our stay-couldnt have been more helpful. Room was a small Eco only but perfect for our two night stay as not needing a room to spend time in other than as a base. Wonderful bed and best sleep I've had for ages in hotel room (travel a lot with work). Great large shower- rain effect and seperate hand held. Lovely touch of free tea and coffee available for guests and a light breakfast provided (not mentioned when booking). Fab location- two
