  Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago. Would stay here again next time. The little cafe/eating place serves good... wat mensen zeggen » wine, food and tapas. The waitress was very friendly as well. - The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. If we ever come back to Santiago we will stay again at the hotel. It is a real boutique hotel, attentif to detail as very nice design testful with a touch of past showing here and there.

The location was perfect, a very short walk to the cathedral and also to many restaurants.   Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. Easy walk to lots of eating places and cathedral. Hotel has a lift. Gentleman at the front desk speaks fluent English but the other 2 ladies only limited En... wat mensen zeggen » glish. - The Hostel was easy to find and in a great location close to all the restuarants and bars, and a short walk to the Cathedral.The room, though small, was very clean and new and had everything needed. Strong wifi....a/c, comfortable bed and great shower. I would definitely stay there again.

  It is a family owned hotel and not the big chains. It might not have the amenities the big chain give you but the warmth and personal care given by the family is something to cherish. - We had excellent service from the hosts; they went out of their way to help us. Good location.

Understated, elegant, unfussy, very polite and ethusiastic staff, great breakfast, very quiet, comfortable and perfectly situated near the centre of the old town. They avoid all the standard hotel cliches and have managed to create the perfect small city-central hotel. - Everything, the staff were excellent, very helpful in giving advice on local restaurants etc. all spoke excellent English. This old building has been very well restored. Breakfast was extra but well worth the price, although not a buffet you could ask for extra without incurring any further cost. would recommend this Hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Santiago De Compostela
