  De locatie van het hotel is top. Dichtbij metro, bus, haven, strand. Daarnaast is het van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een geweldig zwembad en meer dan vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Een echt verwenhotel met veel luxe. Toppunt van decadentie: een menu van kussens, zodat je altijd lekker slaapt! - Uitstekend, ik werd ziek, dokter werd geregeld... wat mensen zeggen » , eten op de kamer, op de dag dat we vertrokken kon ik amper vervoerd worden waardoor we zonder meerkosten op de kamer mochten blijven tot 17.00 uur. Niets was te veel moeite. Echt uitzonderlijk, echt 5 sterren, niemand die zucht of vragen stelt.

Location is perfect for the Gothic Quarter and the hotel design is stunning. The little square that the restaurant looks out on is a photographer's dream.   I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
