De ligging (200 meter van metrostation Callao), het vriendelijke enbehulpzame personeel (Ivo, George, Juan en de nachtportier), de moderne,complete kamer (airco en massagedouche)), de netheid van de kamer, hetgratis internet. Het trappenhuis in zijn huidige staat (versleten trapen stucwerk) is een verrassende en leuke dissonant T.O.V. hetschitteren

Het receptie personeel was volledig op de hoogte van de ins en outs van Madrid.We hebben hier dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Wij komen zeker terug en zullen dit iedereen aanbevelen. De Prijs van de kamer gezien de ligging is goedkoop.

The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -

The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..
