  location is more than perfect in the middle of the very live street in Madrid. you can just go down and you will see people still going walking everywhere even at 2:00pm. Staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage there after checking out. Internet is very fast and stable. room was really clean but somehow small. - I loved the room decor.... wat mensen zeggen » Decent hot water, comfortable bed, fun overall decor. It felt very 'Spain'. We we given complimentary coffee in the morning even though we didn't have the room and breakfast package.

  The location of the hotel - I was travelling with a suitcase and the hotel is literally just around the corner from a metro stop. The staff were very helpful - very centrally located for main attractions. - Amazing location, friendly staff who provided any assistance required regarding directions etc. Basic but comfortable room.

Everything is in walking distance or else the metro and cercanias are near by (at Sol). You are in the thick of the nightlife of Madrid and of the shopping center. The single room was good and very comfortable. Everything was also very clean and the staff was friendly.   Absolutely loved the Casa de Madrid- easily one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, nothing was too much trouble, really genuinely lovely people taking great care to make our holiday as good and memorable as it could be. There is a great pride in the owner and the people who work there of the traditional and beautiful bui - It's not a hotel in conventional way. I like the ambience and all the elegant deco with a home style. Quite and lots of privacy in good location like this is really extrodinary. Very friendly staff provided good help on the train schedule and wifi in short/late time. We met the hostress when leaving at the door and she was a nice lady! Unique experience and strongly recommend to those people interested in culture.
