Cozy, affordable accomodation. Nice apartment in a relaxed environment. Metro stations (Alfons X or Joanic of Line 4) are a few blocks away. There are many supermarkets and small restaurants around in the area. Parc Guell and the Sagrada Familia are both in walking distance (15mins). The hosts were very friendly, we got to use the washing machine, and they also lent us their baby stroller which was a great help with our 4-year-old. Had a really good 2 night stay here. Yes the staff speak absolutely no English but that is hardly the end of the world! Our apartment was clean, a good size and well equipped. The location is great. Lots of nice bakeries within 5 minutes walk which were ideal for breakfast. Close to metro station. No problems with either hot water or noise.

I like the location as a solo traveller it is away from the bustle of the centre, but close to La Sagrada Familia and Hospital de Sant Pau. On previous visits I have stayed in one of the apartments - very good. All the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable. Big bathroom, again spotlessly clen.
