It was a lovely room, very clean & comfortable beds. Staff helpful & quick & easy check-in, also cheap coffee in the morning which they let us take to the room. The location is perfect for La Linea or Gibraltar, as it is only 5 minutes from the border & easy to find. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff are very helpful and considerate. The room was clean and well equipped and will be staying here again when I go to Gibraltar.

stayed one night as a stop over to get to Gibraltar airport. Close to the border so able to walk through it and into Gibratlar. Room very basic but we only wanted it to sleap in one night. ideal.

It is next to a busy square which was great for drinks & a meal nearby, but it was a little noisy. Didn't really bother us, but just a warning if you are looking for somewhere quiet.
The only thing I would have liked would be a mirror in the bedroom, there was one in the bathroom but not in the bedroom.
I couldn't use the wifi service in my room which was on the 3rd floor.
Some people were talking on the street at 2am and some yelling at 5am (beyond hotel's control).

The bathroom is very small and showers need updating. There eas alot of noise from the next room..the guests werein very late and nade an awful lot of noise with shouting.

Very basic accommodation. Just to come back to sleep after a day of sightseeing. Do not expect anything more.
The bed was not very comfortable with one long sausage pillow to be
shared by two. The shower was luke warm on a couple of occaisions (not
nice in winter). Small room. The blinds wouldn't raise up. There
was a fair bit of noise from a bar on the street below. The
alternative similar hotels that look far on a map are, in reality,
just around the corner.
Could have been cleaner, looks quite old, staff does not speak almost no
English at all.
