  The location must be one of the most culturally interesting in Europe. The Parador itself has been renovated to the highest possible standard, has a small number of rooms and is extremely exclusive. The cuisine is excellent with traditional andalucian dishes given a modern European twist. The terrace overlooking the gardens and the Generalife is o... wat mensen zeggen » ne of my favourite places ever, cool and calm with a fabulous view. A fantastic honeymoon destination - All of it. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
