We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

Location of appartment house Eric Vökel is very good both for public transport (Metro Rocafort 100m away) and for finding a taxi late at night, plenty of restaurants and shopping in the former bullfight arena 5min away. The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions.
The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat.

Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom.
It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town.
Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was meer dan perfect, zeker voor Spaanse normen. Kamer was zeer goed uitgerust. Wireless internet en gebruik van laptop heel fijn. Great apartment in a very convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse/terrace and found it to be very modern and nicely fitted out, the furniture was also very comfortable and it was very clean. Our son stayed on the sofa bed - it was huge and of very good quality. It felt as though it was a proper bed.

The location of the apartment is great. The metro station of sant pay/ dos de maige is just across the street. The apartment is also near the gaudi avenue which is technically close to the sagrada familia. The building is also near various restaurants, and groceries that give guests a lot of choices for their meals.
The receptionist who greeted us was so kind. She explained to us the apartment thoroughly and introduced the vicinity to us, pointing out the various tourist location in the area.

A fantastic modern apartment in an old beautiful prestigious baroque old building. This apartment is fabulous as the staff was very helpful and very kind : Jordi & Rafa.
Easy to got the keys as i called from the airport and meet directly Rafa at the frontdoor of the building.

The location was premium and we didn't mind having to walk to the
beach as we had great shopping and restaurants nearby (including Samoa
which serves dinner earlier than most restaurants - perfect for those
with a young family). We loved loved loved Barcelona, and the
accommodation contributed a lot to that great experience.
