The owner Santiago met us upon arrival at the apartment. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.

We enjoyed the juxtaposition of the historic building and painted
ceilings against the modern decor. The staff was very helpful in giving
us restaurant recommendations and directions to the sites. The
breakfasts were delicious and diverse (instead of the bread and coffee
most B&Bs serve). It was extremely clean and very intimate given
there are only 7 rooms. We ate breakfast on the private patio every
morning where we enjoyed architecture hidden from passersby on the

The apartment was large, simply furnished but clean with all the relevant equipment in place and working. The widescreen SMART TV and free wi fi was a definite plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The appartment is centrally located and very close to Place Cataluyna (Centre of Barcelona) and Las Ramblas. Its also very quiet, yet close to many eateries and beautiful sites. Would most definitely recommend it

The appartment was great, very clean and nice design furniture. In the kitchen you have everything you need, there is enough storage space and you also have a seif. The great thing about it is that it is in a quiet neiborghood and you can see how the catalans live. There is a market with everythig you need and a coffe shop right near the entrance.
The metro statiin is 2 min walk from the flat and you can be in the center or at the beach in 15 min. Very very nice appartment and i strongly recom

The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family . The apartment was in a fantastic location and was very well appointed. It was very roomy for five people and the staff was helpful. My only small complaint is the street noise which was present throughout the night and could not be blocked. Of course this is the price you pay for such a convenient location on a big city, but if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Otherwise a fantastic choice.
