  I liked a lot Barcelona.I is a great city .Hotel Everest was also a very good choice for our holiday .Staff were very friendly. It is really close to Sagrada Familia - 10 minutes walk -for real .Also SANT PAU metro station is nearby.There are very nice place to eat or to drink coffees nearby.Choose room 711 or others like this because has terrace... wat mensen zeggen » and you can smoke!!!At the entrace of the hotel there are two very nice italians at BUON and you can drink the best SANGRIA . In conclusion totally r - I like the location as a solo traveller it is away from the bustle of the centre, but close to La Sagrada Familia and Hospital de Sant Pau. On previous visits I have stayed in one of the apartments - very good. All the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable. Big bathroom, again spotlessly clen.

  The hostel is perfectly located in a very nice neighbourhood, close to Parallel metro station, which gives an easy access from/to the aiport. Many attractions are within a walking distance. There are lots of pleasant bars/restaurants in close proximity, where you can get a real taste of Barcelona, not the Rambla-like tourist version. The place is very clean and safe as each guest has an in - There was a lot of information in the hostel for trips and tours, very useful. The staff were very friendly and there was a lot of space to chill out and relax with vending machines for snacks and drinks.
