Arrivals after 00:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 45. Late check-out until 18:00 is possible upon request and carries a surcharge of 50% of the price of an extra night. Check-out after 18:00 carries a surcharge of the price of an extra night. Please note groups and parties are not permitted in this apartment. Please note any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is available on request and needs to be confirmed by management. Please note the children high chair has a cost of EUR 30. Cleaning is included in the price. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Apartment Barcelona -Calle París 207 5 2, 08008 Barcelona. Please inform Apartment Barcelona Sagrada Familia Nice in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
