The level of cleanliness was very good. Staff were pleasant. Accommodated on first floor as requested. Most of the parasols around the pool area were torn and dirty and didn't reflect the four star rating of this hotel. There was also a shortage of parasols and sunbeds around the main pool. Requested a parasol at Reception but none were available. I also discovered graphic porn channell on Tv, requested its removal as we had 2 teenagers with us, 3 visits to Reception before channel was removed. alle beoordelingen »
