The Staff is friendly and very professional! The service was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere.... I would definately book at the hotel again as well as refer people to book there....

Ballito is not in a city area, it is a few minutes from airport so you go to Ballito to relax and enjoy a small town living and that is exactly what we got. Their restaurant is also very nice and offers good food and a nice variety
