  The Hostess is absolutely amazing. I have never experienced such overwhelming hospitality and friendship from a stanger. I stayed in Arista Guesthouse for a minor medical procedure. Svetlana took me to hospital and came to fetch me again. She wouldn't hear of it that I can use a taxi to and from hospital.   The staff made us feel so special and no request was too much effort. Everybody was friendly and very helpful. When I exit the door with bags in my hands, the guy at reception, literally ran to open the door for me.
