  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there.   We stayed for 6 nights in 'deluxe one-bedroom suite with living area'. The hotel location is at the centre of the city, European design hotel and very comfortable and clean. We had a spacious one bedroom with dining-living room area and kitchen facilities (microwave,oven, washer-dryer); and very nice two-sides view. The free internet access (1024 MB) given to us was enough for the whole stay since w - First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the doormen to the concierge to the drivers. The 1800 restaurant had delicious food for dinner. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view.
