  This apartment was perfect. Not too big, and not small, the loft above was wonderful and the view from the window was brilliant - both the city as well as table mountain. Nora, who checked us in, was particularly helpful. The best part was that we used email to book a day trip for 12 hours in the future (cell reception was weak) and they not only ... wat mensen zeggen » responded, but we had a Cape Point/Boulders Beach tour that exceeded expectations. - This apartament is great, well located, even though it is on the town. People who never travelled to south africa, can enjoy this location, cause it is in the comercial center of the city, and easily can enjoy lots of facilities

  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

  This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. I wasn't able to get the room I'd chosen (not really the fault of the hotel, but of the letsbookhotel.com website interface, and the hotel... wat mensen zeggen » was really apologetic). - Rooms were spacious and very clean, with a modern design and finishes. Towels were soft and amenities were lovely. Wifi in the room was much needed. Private verandah was a wonderful feature too. Breakfast was very tasty and a great spread, with many choices.
