  The apartments are very spacious indeed, my girlfriend and I had three bedrooms and three bathrooms between us!. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard indeed and were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist answering any questions. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception). Staff is helpful and friendly helping you out with any query (restaurant reco and booking, day trips,etc). 5min walking from coast and restaurants.

We had the room number 6 and an indescribable view of the sea. The hospitality and flexibility of Gail was just great and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. And we were able to watch whales in De Kelders - afterall a successful trip from Cape Town to Hermanus.

I also appreciated the little things that were done e.g. message cards to welcome us, weather forecast update for the next day and cupcake placed in the room for Mothers Day. A truly lovely place to spend a weekend away by the sea side - The location was great very central and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. There was a slight seaview from the side of our apartment balcony. The decor was luxury and I liked that I could watch the TV from the bathtub. The roller blind over the bathtub is clever. We were in the 1 bed apartment, no. 17.
