  Phil and Margi were perfect hosts, we stayed for five nights and found the location ideal for the Kruger and other places of interest in the area. Phil was always ready to give the relevant and correct information! Starting the days off with the terrific breakfast and ending them with a good glass of wine with Phil and Margi and plenty of interest... wat mensen zeggen » ing conversation. The rooms were excellent, at a level you would expect from a 4 star hotel, not to mention the very large and comfortable bed. I woul - Philip and Margi are very friendly and hospitable, the facilities are excellent, we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the wonderful trees that surrounds the house and Rooms and it felt like we entered a sanctuary. We will definitely stay there again.

  The fabulous grounds, pool, rooms layout, honor bar, sitting area. Everything was excellent and wished we could have spent more time there. - The Host and staff were very friendly and helpful.The view is beautiful.The rooms are cosy & comfortable.their breakfast was lovely.

  I was heartily welcomed. The house was spacious, large bathroom with tub and shower, wonderful view to the surrounding hills from the balcony and the living, no noise beside the birds as promised; with only 5 houses it is a very private atmosphere and it is easy to socialise. Close to Hazyview for self catering (10km) or to Sabie (30 km) for the Panorama Route and a good bookshop; close to the Kruger, 25 - The host, Joan, was extremely friendly and helpful. She goes the extra mile and is great conversation as well. The accommodation is well situated and just a 10 minute drive from Hazyview and Sabie. The lush surroundings make for a nice relaxing atmosphere. The property and gardens are very well kept after and the place is in pristine condition.

  The hotel is set in lovely tropical gardens with two delightful pools. The suite we booked was spacious with large well furnished bedroom and sitting area. It also had the benefit of a huge private sun terrace overlooking the sabie road hills. The hotel is ideally situated 5km from Hazyview - with its large selection of restaurants - and only 15km... wat mensen zeggen » from the Phabeni gate entry to the Kruger Park. A tip. If you book on a room only basis try Summerfields Kitchen (2km away towards Hazyview)for a del - It is such a lovely, peaceful, restful place. The surroundings and the garden hotel itself is so beautiful. We really enjoyed the friendly staff, the smiles and the excellent enthusiastic service. The hotel has a lovely Tuscan feel but each room has an African flavor and is very modern.
