  Loved the whole atmosphere, felt like home. The four poster bed was sheer luxury, and the view from my room was so relaxing. Just a pity I did not have more time to enjoy it. I was initially a bit worried about the car parked in the street, but there were no problems at all. The hosts were friendly and helpful, but not intrusive.   Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful staff. Breakfast as and when you like. Quiet and well equipped. Plenty of parking. No interference from management. Libraries of books and DVD's to choose from. - The service is great and the staff was fantastic. Made our stay pleasurable, the rooms are great and the environment very homely.

  Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful, friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day. The grounds are green and gorgeous, looking up at Table Mountain in all it's glory... wat mensen zeggen » . The kids loved the trampoline and the family animals- dogs, a cat, and an aviary of sweet birds. The pool looked lovely but unfortunately it was too - My stay at Hedge House was brilliant. I was there for almost a week for a conference and to visit Cape Town. Judy was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of the booking process. She arrange my pick up from the airport and set me up since my arrival in the morning of the first day. The room was brilliant, on a corner with great views, lots of space and a huge bathroom with shower and bath. The stay the entire week was fabulous. Judy was really helpful all the time.
