  The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool since we weren't there that long. (An overnight stay.) The rooms were large and beautiful. The shower was the best I had since leaving the States! Leon, the owner, let us in after arriving a full hour later than allowed. The staff there, servers, cook and office assistant, There - We arrived in Cape Town and had no where to stay and 51 on Forrest Drive where efficient and made our booking quickly and timeously and we were never disturbed when we were there and the food was delicious!

  The Cottage was well equipped and the beds were SUPER comfortable. We will definately use the cottage again! Also the staff stocked the fridge with butter, milk and even bottled water. Very impressed with everything!

  Hedge House was great beyond our expectations. Jan and her family and staff (who are more like family) are all just wonderful- very helpful, friendly, welcoming. The breakfasts were full, cooked to order, and absolutely lovely and delicious- and different every day. I was there for almost a week for a conference and to visit Cape Town. Judy was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning of the booking process. She arrange my pick up from the airport and set me up since my arrival in the morning of the first day.   We got a very good rate. The hotel is modern, luxurious enough and in a great location, 15 drive to Cape Town City, but with plenty to do right on the doorstep. We traveled with our 4 year old, and they made a comfy bed for her on the floor, but as the Executive suite was designed with a divide between the lounge/kitchen and the bed, we still had ... wat mensen zeggen » our privacy, which worked out very well. The beds were super comfy and when we asked for flatter pillows they were replaced immediately. More Rooibos - It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.
