  The Hotel was stunning, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Overall a great experience and ideal location for seeing the sights of Sentosa but still providing a relaxing atmosphere. We had a one bedroomed villa for 5 nights with pool and beach access.   The hotel has a relaxing aura to it with peacocks strutting about and fish and lily ponds everywhere . The gardens are immaculately maintained a really lovely spot to stay . Beds were very comfortable .The bus service took us anywhere we wanted to go on Sentosa free ! definitely a bonus and one straight to the nearest huge shopping centre . I woul... wat mensen zeggen » d have liked to stay longer to just sit by the pool and relax more and have some time in the Spa . - The room was very spacious especially after an upgrade when we checked in! Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices. The free shuttle running between the resort and Vivo City was convenient and made it easy to get into the city when we wanted to.

Due to the price, we thought we would get one of the not-so-good rooms at Michael, as we didnt like the rooms in Hard Rock and Festive before. We stayed for 3 nights on our way to Thailand a - Room size, grounds round hotel, assorted facilities, shuttle service, on site convenience shop, good value for money. However, this hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the City. We were aware of this and it was good to get away from the City for a change however some guests were not aware of this.

  Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and check in was not until 2pm we were able to check into our room 2 hours prior to our check in time and were offered a free upgrade which we were very grateful for. Fabulous view from level 8, clean room,comfortable... wat mensen zeggen » bed. Hotel pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the facilities at the Hard Rock Hotel which were fabulous.Sentosa Island is 30 min - Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price
