Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.

  Location is the best, just 200 m from the prominent Chinatown MRT (can walk even with wheeled baggage- we had 4!), which is connected to every part of the city's sights by MRT/ bus. The hip Clark Quay is about a 5 min walk away. The rooms are clean, have a window and all essential facilities. Enough free literature available at the reception and quite efficient staff, though not too in - The Inn is only a few metres from the Chinatown Markets & the mrt is so close that if you have a fair amount of baggage, you won't have far to drag it if you catch the train to or from Changi. The rooms are not big but really clean and there's no elevator but its a very short climb up the stairs anyhow.. Your hardly ever there so its not a big deal!   Er viel niets op de kamer aan te merken. Ik was er al eerder geweest. Prima service en personeel. Heel positief vond ik dat er steeds een lift was zodra je de knop indrukte. Wachttijd voor de lift: 15 seconden maximaal! - I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area was also very nice. - The location is exellent. Walkig distance to MRT, shopping area, visitors centre and best of all.. halal food was available right across the street.The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

  I simply love the unique designs and though it's a small area, it is utilised to the fullest and makes one feel cozy and comfy.It's the first time that I booked the place. The bathroom facilities with its rain shower and glass windows make it very unusual and it stands out from the rest of the hotels bathrooms which I have seen. Hotel staff was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity). There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

  I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who assisted us during our check in, namely, Mr. Adam. He is very dedicated in his job and is always greeting us with a warm smile. As this is not our first stay here, we are familiar how to use the room card. Nevertheless, Mr. Adam informed us that the card would be required in the lift.
