  Er viel niets op de kamer aan te merken. Ik was er al eerder geweest. Prima service en personeel. Heel positief vond ik dat er steeds een lift was zodra je de knop indrukte. Wachttijd voor de lift: 15 seconden maximaal! - I liked the location, tucked in behind Robinson's Center Point and the lovely Cuppage restaurant area in restored shop houses. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -- in my case usually rooms are too cold. The pool area was also very nice. - The location is exellent. Walkig distance to MRT, shopping area, visitors centre and best of all.. halal food was available right across the street.The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay!

  The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Even though they couldn't guarantee early check in, when we arrived at 6am in the morning we were given early check in, which was great as we were travelling with young children. We were also given late check out which was a huge bonus. The location of these apartments is amazing, very central and r... wat mensen zeggen » ight among the shopping. The apartments are spacious and filled with everything you made need. We were given a cot and high chair and a baby pack for - We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.

  I simply love the unique designs and though it's a small area, it is utilised to the fullest and makes one feel cozy and comfy.It's the first time that I booked the place. The bathroom facilities with its rain shower and glass windows make it very unusual and it stands out from the rest of the hotels bathrooms which I have seen. Hotel staff was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity). There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.
