I've three kids, 2 adults and 5 yrs child, quadruple room space was good for us, room service is ok, location is very near to Alharam, breakfast limited options but is good in general. Free parking, 5 elevators serving in proper timing specially prayers times. It was a religous trip so step 3 does not come in consideration the hotel clean friendly well located for the holy mosque in Madina, staff was helpful coperative we enjoyed our stay at hotel.

Breakfast is value for money and dining staff allowed me to take out breakfast for my wife at room while she was stuck in prophet rowja for ziyarah. I do not think I will stay or recommend anyone I know to stay reasoned of what I have faced. Location is approximately 10mins from the haram, king Abdul Aziz gate. Staff are execellent. Coffee shop service is very goog. It was near to the mosque. Wi Fi signal is weak in rooms, have to be in corridor to get signal. Sanitary was of poor quality and cheap staff. Maybe the reception staff can be a little faster. the place is liitle bit far from Haram. Bathroom tap was leaking water and bathroom door was not closing. Reciption creq is not prefessinal and not reflicting ood image for the Hotel. Housekeeping had to be pushed a little but I think this is a general problem in the city, rather than the hotel itself. No major concerns however. The menu of breakfast so limited, no orange or any other fresh juices, the tv was not work on my room. eating environment is too ordinary.Not exciting!. I only saty one night did not find any uncomfortable thing. Rather unprofessional and not so courteous lower staff. Access to Haram is somewhat difficult although distance is not much. waiting to recieve my room that i should wait to 4 o clock too much. My room digital card did not work and had to wait for four hours to be fixed after an additional two hours my room has been changed. we have to wait untill 4 o,clock to get our room and we have to be in the room to clean it it is a long walk to the mousk the obtion of the braekfast is lemted. Can improve room service of cleaning ny being timely without constant request on our part. Can also improve the variety of funds for lunch and dinner buffets by including continental variety.. The rooms were a bit cramped especially for triple rooms. Cost is high as compared to facilities provided. There is no sitting area in the room, only one chair and without a table. Nothing. Wi-fi was not in the room But worked in the lobby. Cleaners may miss cleaning some rooms, unless we complaint. Wifi not working. Not easy to get to the haram especially with all construction around, the map location in the letsbookhotel.com was not very accurate. The rooms were not clean at all, bathrooms with weird marks all over. Staff had no idea what to do, one told me to call reception to complain - the reception told me to call housekeeping, housekeeping didn't pick phone!!!. Rooms were with dust when we chcked in.No towel were available and rooms were not cleaned and no tissues etc. Just average hotel. Difficult to find. Pathetic breakfast. i arrived @ 7:00 PM and before 1 hour i called them that im on the way, even though, the room wasn't ready and they asked me to wait. after fighting with them they send me to another room until they prepare my booked room. -Cleanliness was terrible. Stained carpets and chairs, washroom smelled. -TV did not work, was reported but maintenance did not repair. -Kitchen cooking smelled although we were on 9th floor, which means terrible ventilation. Breakfast, Room Service, No Cleaning, Not enough staff to properly maintain the hotel and entertain the guests with their needs. I will not recommend to anyone. bathroom was not good. Staff never fulfilled their promises and to get your room after 4 pm is not good. Staff was not friendly few of them actually room service staff was not friendly. service is horrible. quality of guests ............. they were picking bread for breakfast with hands and returning them later . needed to call house-keeping everyday to have room done. they never use an aspirator to clean. staff, especially saudies, are rude and cannot communicate. The room I booked with setting area but they gave me without setting area as discriped in letsbookhotel.com it was not as advertised or shown in photos on the Internet. Location is more far than what described in site. This made a lot of troubles with my children. The policy of the hotel is unfair . Actually , I don't like to stay more nights coz its location far away from the Haram . I told them to make early check out for the the rest nights , but they insisted to take the the price of the rooms even if I leave the hotel and make the check out !! They refused to return money !! Their policy is not flexiable at all . I wont come again and never think about it . 1. Very dirty bed, blanket, pillow with yellow dirt spots. 2. Televison was not working 3. Safe was closed from the begining 4. I have complained for faulty television and safe, but technican never showed up during my stay. 5. Parking doesn't have any security 6. No watter or beverage in the room. 7. Location is comperatively far from any other same priced hotel. letsbookhotel.com map shows a wrong location. I will never stay in this hotel nither I will suggest any body to stay there. 1. I requested a late check-out but the hotel replied on my check out date that thety refused my request and that it was already informed to Booking! I did not receive any update in concern but only at my last day post arranging my late flight! 2. No room service. Room is not cleaned on regular basis unless requested, dial 4 on the phone but often no response. No iron/board provided which is an inconvenience, Wifi was intermittent and not accessible from 10th floor. All things is not good expect coffe. No bell boy to pick luagage No one came to clean the room despite of several requests. I was told that i paid for one night whereas i paid for 2 nights, later the manager on duty apologized.
