  The hotel is very spacious and modern, the room condition is excellent with one exception; the bathroom area size is too small for 4 or 5 star hotel. The wifi network is excellent and fast inside the room. The breakfast buffet is very good even though we found no staff at the restaurant during our two night stay. Free wi-fi and complimentary breakfast were an added facility too. A good experience overall.

  The good thing about this hotel is it is very close to Haram Sherief . From King Abdul aziz Gate it is jsut 3 to 4 minutes away on the narrow lane adjacent to LeMedian . the hotel is jsut behing Govt guest house/palace. Very convenient if you are batchelors or solo travellors or young couples. Fridge, split a/c in good condition. In p - The Location was quite close to the point where I wanted. Staff was very friendly, Out look was very well maintained, The Baqala (shop) within hotel was very helpful, although charges were a bit extra but not too much. The rooms were very comfortable, quilts, Mattresses, Pillows, Bed sheets, Airconditioning all were excellent. There are only 3 lifts to cater 16 floors and are most of the time busy, but the arrangement of Seating on each floor is very nice.
