Just about everything. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. The facility itself was comfortable without being pretentious. I felt cared for, but never was my privacy imposed upon.... that is a delicate and important balance. Toilet is equipped with kits that you may not find in another 4 star hotel even .. Like shaving kit, tooth past/brush and Hair drier .. My second stay and I believe its value for money!.

Nothing. One thing: When you say that breakfast begins at 7 am, then it should start then... not 15 to 20 minutes later. Few services need improvement, but the person in-charge at hotel was very friendly to welcome those remarks!. no iron!. The bathroom is very old and not clean... Need to renovate all bathrooms and building. They misuse my mobile phone number to send me sms spam wichout asking permission! Warning: Never provide them with your real mobile phone number or you will receive unwanted SMS offers from their marketing Department. STOP IT!!. Around the hotel location, raod construction work is on and getting in and out of the place is a problem till the time the flyover construction gets over. No restaurants in the vicinity. Bathroom, no phone in bedroom, missinformed by staff on power card, corridors are not airconditioned, small parking area (barely fits 20 cars for 4 story hotel!), no direct number listed on reservation to contact the hotel for directions, no iron. Everything. price. clean facility is bad. The rooms not clean There is no TAX service The place of the apartment. - We came a bit earlier and we entered another room. The bedroom was dirty. Our bodies were etching us. There were no boiler. The experience was terrible. Location is too bad. Parking access is limited and congested. Staff are not friendly. Hotel is too old and needs renovation. Elevator is too small and you feel that it will stop anytime. Room is too dirty. Bathroom was broken. Hotel was too hot. No ac in the corridor. This hotel should be removed from letsbookhotel.com. the staff are rude and not polite and it took me more than 6 hours to and at the end I made double payment one cash and the other by card. -Very dirty hotel -Elevator so old and very noisy -Hotel standard is poor -Near construction site! -Not a professional staff -My booking is not confirmed when I checked in, they blame it to letsbookhotel.com. What didn't like is the lieing on the customer when you say in the website that there is no booking fees, and as soon as I booked a one night fees has conducted from my master card. And when I told them to conduct these fees from the total balance they refused and told me that it will be retained after 12 - 20 days!!!!!!!!!!. Rooms are not clean Needs time to get things done.for example locker is not working and they did not come back to me when i requested help. extra bed i get it after 8 hours ,towels were not available room is located in the caradour we could not sleep as people coming in and out in the caradour...etc.
