The location is excellent! Very close to all of the downtown hotspots and easy to find. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and room service was prompt. Very close to the beautiful historic houses in Al-Balad. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

Room service didn't have a lot of items listed on the menu. Traffic nearby was bad, but that's Al-Balad. Only three English TV channels.

Staff didn't seem to know their jobs - took 4 people to check us in,
didn't know any good sights to go to, very little English spoken -
quite amateur bunch. Confusion over payment over the booking. Cash only
for everything - no credit card facilities. No breakfast despite a menu
when we ordered, wanted to charge us more than menu price, oriental
breakfast for Arabs only!! Taxi ride from city centre itself.
Unfriendly staff, no courtesy, the toilet is horribly small, the lift is treble. Parking in the area is very bad.

Very poor location, no car parking , to find a car parkplace was like a hell specially at night, streets nearby are very small. When I tried to leave I found a car obstructing the way just infront the main entranceand I asked the staff hotel they told me that is your problem go and search for the car owner!!.
