  My trip to St Petersburg was quite short and unexpected, so it was extremely hard to find a good place to stay. I caught a booking in Flat and Hotel by accident (they had a cancellation). Fortunately, it happened to be an really nice, clean and comfortable place. The mini-hotel owner was so friendly and helpful, and I liked her immediately. I always prefer to book apart- hotels, which have a kit - Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.

Room was cozy and clean, wifi works perfect, morning meal is provided which is good, ladies in reception desk were really kind and nice, location was just perfect - so near to city center but not loud, and a good grocery store is just in 5 min.
