  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world.   excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.
