  An exellent hostel, friendly receptionists, totally designed according to the "Friends" movie. Towels, bed cloth are given, clean and fully equiped showers and wc. Washing mashine and iron place are for free. Common spacy cosy kitchen with frige, water, tea, diches and everything needed. It is very well located in the heart of the city. Personnel is attentive and ready to help. It's great that the number of shower rooms and WCs is enough to have no queues. Washing machine with detergent supplied is a bonus. The room (at least our room) was fine, enough space and simple but good beds.

I always prefer to book apart- hotels, which have a kit - Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.
