The staff were very friendly and helpful, they have a storage room so we could leave our rucksacks there before checking in and after checking out. The rooms are small but well organized and the deco inside is really nice, slightly shabby chic, with white and pastel decorations, very bright. Als - The location of the mini-hotel was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We felt safe at the location.

  It's hard to find people that speaks English in Russia, but they made an effort, and if didn't understood you, they asked to type into a translator! They offered us free laundry, the room was always clean, no loud noises and private bathroom - Room was clean, well furnished, and for Moscow quite quiet because it went to the yard.
