  We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.

  The design of rooms and the concept around the Hotel. It had everything I needed. Staff were helpful and personable and straightforward. It was comfortable without being overly expensive so really good value for money. - Red Stars Hotel was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the staff was very friendly. Great value.

  The hotel is maybe not what you expect from 4 stars in Western Europe but for the price and service, I think it is a good deal. We had an executive room (note that minibar is not free in executive and standard rooms - unlike stated below) which was large and spacious, and very clean. The bed is big, the bathroom pleasantly large with a great showe... wat mensen zeggen » r, and there is a small flatscreen tv and table with chairs. In addition, there is a closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers, an iron board and - The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly. The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested. We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

  Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. I travelled with 83 years old mother and normally had... wat mensen zeggen » dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, so 20% discount for meals for guests was pleasant addition:-) Love the carefully selelcted details in design, - It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
