Location was excellent---right across the street from the Kremlin and right on the walking street. Had to take public bus from train/bus station but otherwise everything you would want to do in Nizhniy was within walking distance. Friendly helpful staff, large room, great location. It didn't seem like a place for travellers. I was in the 14-bed dorm and most of the other people in the dorm were staying there for a long time and had jobs locally.
