If you prefer a comfortable stay, the best way is to find another hostel or hotel.
The walls of that hotel are so thin. Staff brought her boyfriend to the neighbour room and they were so loudly. We ask them to be not so loudly, but they didnt pay attention to their guests even. We felt like in cheap place wich couple renting just for few hours. I believe, staff should be polite. Also building is old and on the windows a lot of black mashrooms and so wet in room because of the condensate.
