It is a very worthy hotel. Nice, clean, neat, 5 min by feet to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is good (coffee, tea,milk, hot and cold starters, english toasts, juices). Helpful staff, they smiled all the time and did everything to help us! Good breakfast many choices! It's really close to "producti's" (small local grocery stores) and to some cafes and to pushkinkaya metro station, also walking to Nevsky prospect is not far a at all!!

This place is absolutely recommended. It is right by a canal and views are beautiful, even when you are having breakfast (which is also very complete by the way). Besides it is very easy to get to the center from there and metro stations are very close if you want to move farther away. This hotel is really a bargain given its quality.

I guess it's a former "nobility" appartment now rearranged as a hostel, one can see decorations on the ceiling etc. The room was really spacious, the place is very quiet, cosy and well decorated, did not expect that of a hostel :).There is only one bathroom, but this was no problem. It took me a lot of time to book a hotel in St. Pete. But the 5th Corner was worth all my time. I enjoyed my staying there very much.
