  Almost everything: Location, comfort, quality, staff, breakfast buffet... We enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. Rooms are specious, well equipped, stylish, clean (we changed our room because we wanted a room with a view of waterfront facing Kremil... wat mensen zeggen » in, after the first night we were moved to another room). We would definitely go there again. - I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay.

  The best location in Moscow. Friendly and qualified staff. Very friendly to my young grandson. Hystorical building and luxurious interiors. Sweet compliments (cookies) in the room (grandson was very glad). Free Wi-Fi thouout the location. Quiet place (main entrance side). It was located just around the corner from Red Square, and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions you would want to visit in Moscow. The staff were friendly, recognizing and greeting us as I came and went.

Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.   This is a great hotel to stay at the city center, within a nice surrounding and 10 min. walking distance to metro station, making it easy to reach every part of the city quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and every detail was addressed just like you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff was nice, and overall it was a great value for money. -... wat mensen zeggen » The hotel is well located close to Red Square - about 1 Km away but the walk to the centre is well worth the effort for the street traders etc on the route. The room - we had a junior suite - was comfortable and spacious. The view over the river was nice. The staff were excellent. I booked at 60% off the rack rate so it was good value too.
