  This is a very quiet hotel with a few rooms and a very friendly atmosphere. It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood.   Great location, easy to find as it as just behind the Kazan Church. Good bars and restaurants with a variety of different cuisines nearby. Main sights were within easy walking distance (10 -15 minutes) The metro station was also 10 minutes away. Fortunately, it happened to be an really nice, clean and comfortable place. The mini-hotel owner was so friendly and helpful, and I liked her immediately. I always prefer to book apart- hotels, which have a kit - Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.

We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg.
