Fronius was a big, big, surprise. And that includes location, staff, cliness, comfort and in top, very important for me (and others I guess) value for the money! Back for my trip I went right to that person and gave him a big hug. Fronius was an excellent choice. I was profound impressed by the cleanness, by the kind of high class medieval atmosphere, by the friendly staff, by the attention they give to those small touches which make you smile and feel cozy... And God know how important is that at the end of a hard day at work. Thank you Fronius!

  Even before you arive, the very nice lady who manages the place is welcoming you by phone and does her best to offer you the best directions, not to get lost in the very near citadelle. When you get there, she is more than willing to give you all the details you need about the reservation itself, but also about what you can do while visiting the c... wat mensen zeggen » ity. She helps you discover the best places to eat, what you can visit inside the city, but also in the near-by region. The entire building is super c - Perfect location and perfect price for such premium location. Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a room at the basement and it had a wonderful view to the city and main Sighisoara attraction - Turnul cu Ceas. Though located on an old narrow street, hotel has it's own parking place right near the building, which is really comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but ok. We really enjoyed our stay here and in case we'll travel to Sighisoara once again, will stay here for sure!

  The location of the place was perfect, just a few steps away from the Clock Tower, outside the medieval fortress. You can easily park your car outside the Vila Franka, so we highly recommend it over staying right in the fortress, since it can get difficult to park there. The room was very, very big, charming and spotless. The design was splendid, ... wat mensen zeggen » especially the bathroom. We find it a bit difficult to use the TV but Sighisoara is too beautiful to stay inside watching TV anyway. The place is curr - We loved our entire stay at Vila Franka. The personnel was helpful and delightfully interested in offering the best possible experience. We were offered a room upgrade and got to stay in one of the beautiful rooms with a canopy bed. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and very comfortable. We also had lunch at the restaurant uphill and the food was delicious. We highly recommend this place and we'll certainly be coming back!

  Romania in general is great in pricing compared to Western Europe, and this hotel provided every thing you needed at a very affordable price. Rooms had double beds (or twins mashed together) so you get cozy with who you share a room with, but that is the set up for pretty much all Romania hotel rooms for two. 10 min walk up to the sites like the c... wat mensen zeggen » lock tower and Dracula's birthplace. (Bring an empty bottle on this walk because there is a winery that will fill up whatever you bring in with wine!) - We found very good restaurant in the main square with nice and polite waiter. The pension was good, not too far from the center Parking available in front of the building. Nice place to stay. The town worth seeing.

  Although the accommodation is not in the centre of the town and a bit of a walk away other factors outweighed this disadvantage by far. The landlady is very welcoming and seems to give a glass of schnapps on arrival and brings coffee to the excellent room in the morning. She does not speak English but can converse in German. Full marks for this gem of - Big but cozy and clean room with comfy beds. Lovely balcony with a great view over the old city. The private parking spots available are a big plus for a crowded city like Sighisoara. The location is a bit remote but it takes just around 20 minutes on foot to reach the city centrum.
