I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. The restaurant personnel complied each time with my special requests.

The bed was comfortable and traffic noise was not a problem, so I slept well each time. I was also pleased with the Wifi Internet connection. All in -
I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

- Location is good, close to city center, Also you have carrefor very close from the hotel, less than 5 minutes .

Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

nice, spacious clean apartment. had everything we needed, apart of kettle for some reason. amazing location right in a city centre. nothing luxurious, but you shouldn't expect that when book this flat. it actually is a flat.
what you need to be aware of is that the hotel has different address from what it has on the website and you will probably need to call up the landlady to get your flat.

I had a pleasant stay at Sarroglia. It is a fine hotel in central location, contemporary style with lovely areas. My room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a big shower.
