  The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote... wat mensen zeggen » l, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  The room was perfect with plenty of space and very well-equipped. Nice, helpful staff. Tram-lines nearby made it easy to overcome the distance to the city center - The room is very big and clean. It has hairdryier and everything you need.

  This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the main square and tourist attractions. Just around the corner is a large shopping mall ( Galeria Dominikanska ) and tram stops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very good value for money. The room was a good size with usual facilities, although there is no air condition - The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day. The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw. The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced. It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay.

  We really liked this hotel. We arrived at 1 am, the staff oened the bar for us. The room is large and comfortabe. Breakfast, marvellous! I recommend this hotel for everybody! - Every thing was very nice. Staff extremely helpful. On little complain - I missed fresh bread on sunday breakfast. The rest was superb.

  Bijzonder prettige plek om te verblijven, echt een thuisgevoel. Super clean, Liefst 3 gemeenschappelijke douches maar ik heb daar nooit iemand aangetroffen (wellicht door mijn schema: 11 uur ontbijten...) mensen dit is echt een toppertje, zeker als je het niet erg vindt om 10 minuutjes te lopen naar het centrum.   I was travelling with my small dog. I had to pay 30 zl a night for him, which was acceptable. The hotel is clean, breakfast was good, 5 min walk to the old town. there is a tram stop close to the hotel, which will take you to the main train station. staff was ok, their english could have been better. complimentary water in the bedroom. they also b... wat mensen zeggen » oiled water for us at the breakfast buffet so we could fill our thermos flask with tea. overall a nice stay, I didn't regret booking it. - The staff was very friendly and spoke English which was important to us. The restaurant on location was EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend. We ate there for dinner & breakfast. The room was clean, small but comfortable. Pillows were fabulous!
