Further facilities include a washing machine and an iron. The well-equipped, modern kitchenette has a refrigerator, a stove, as well as all the necessary kitchenware and a small dining area. Ratusz Arsenal Metro station is 850 metres away and the Saski Garden is just 400 metres from GoodnightWarsaw Krakowskie Przedmieście.

- Since it is a appart-hotel, there is no front desk. Therefore, you have to make an appointment with the owner for checking-in some time in advance. This would not be a problem if it would be cleary mentioned on letsbookhotel.com. But once you are aware of it, no issue!. It was a lovely flat placed very well in the city! It was clean, and nice. We had trouble at the airport before arriving and the staff waited us even if we were almos 2 hours late!! Really wanna go back there!!!.

Facilities were self catering and everything you could ask for is provided including dishwasher & washing machine...Highly recommended. The young man who check me in (I apologize for not remembering his name) did an excellent job and was very customer oriented. He even showed me some of the neighborhood to help me get oriented. apartment was clean. Great value for money. location. Location. The location is very central, right in the heart of the old town and the area is safe and busy. Staff was very helpful especially Ana who made sure that my stay was close to perfect. The design of the kitchenette was modern. The apartment was ideally situated for the old town - it is a short walk to the Old Square. Appartment was OK. Nothing. - Since it is a appart-hotel, there is no front desk. Therefore, you have to make an appointment with the owner for checking-in some time in advance. This would not be a problem if it would be cleary mentioned on Booking.com. But once you are aware of it, no issue!. we booked an apartment in stare miasto but when we got there we were sent to other apartment 900 meters away from main square. When you book pay atention to the address described below photographs because is not located in the same place as shown in the map. I wish the girl that gave us the keys also gave us a little more info about the city or walked through the apartment with us showing us the features and keys, etc. Check in. The bed (mattress and pillows) could have been a bit more comfortable. It also needs some extra sheets and blankets. I had read that an Italian guest had complained about too much light in the sleeping area so I took a sleep eye mask. The sleeping area is in dire need of thick dark curtains. I encountered problems with connecting to Wi-Fi but staff tried to fix it. I think installing a router in the apartment would fix the problem once and for all. The bathroom was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable with only two thin pillows to share between us. In last moment location address was changed to much worse (to Bonifraterska instead of Krakowske Predmesty). They said 600 m, but infact it was more than 2,5 km away (walking with luggage!). The location has got nothing to do with the old town, therefore, the name is misleading. Since this isn't a real hotel, but an apartment, we couldn't find any place to leave our baggages before we checked in. Very dirty.
