  Everything. The hotel is very luxurious, truly a 5 star hotel. We arrived late but the girl at reception let us in their fantastic swimming pool. You must not miss a swim in the swimming pool if you are in this hotel. In the morning the breakfast was prepared personally for us. Everything was very tasty an - I've stayed in several 5* hotels and they weren't providing better services! This luxury hotel is exceptional and I'd say that it's the best in the city for price and quality! Super-helpful receptionist who was welcoming us at the gate of the hotel, and during check-out he was walking with us until we left. Also they agreed to let us having the breakfast late after check-out around 11am! They simply deserve every penny. Sauna is open all the day, but pool and Jacuzzi were open between 7-12 and

The rooms and meals were of very high quality and yet reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful location for a relaxing break and a sense of luxury without breaking the bank. The surroundings were rural and relaxing but small towns not far away.

  This was my second stay at this hotel.The first was with a group of friends and this time was friends and my 4 year old. I go mainly for the pottery and both times the staff have been friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. I've stayed in several other hotels/B&B types in the area and this one is a favorite. Just be prepared to look for the signs and it's no problem. - Excellent place to stay for a day's shopping at the potteries of Bolelawiec. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to all my friends. What a great bargain!

  We really liked this hotel. We arrived at 1 am, the staff oened the bar for us. The room is large and comfortabe. Breakfast, marvellous! I recommend this hotel for everybody! - Every thing was very nice. Staff extremely helpful. On little complain - I missed fresh bread on sunday breakfast. The rest was superb.

  Shopping all around the hotel! The food was good at the restaurant. - We are Americans living in Germany and enjoyed our stay very much. The welcome was friendly and very helpfull. Our room was small but very clean and comfortble. Loved the restaurant and gift shop. We would stay there again.
