  The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel has excellent double glazing, which is needed as there are three street cafes outside the hote... wat mensen zeggen » l, which stay open until very late and then the bin lorry comes at 5:30am each day too! The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  The building is interesting, a modern use of a historical site reclaimed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, facilities very modern and clean. The bathrobes and slippers added touches. There is a lift to take you to the upper floors. The location was convenient walking distance from the 'Old Town ' area with public transport close by. Quiet locati - One of our happiest and most relaxed hotel stays ever. Somehow the hotel adjusts to meet the needs of each client - rather than expecting clients to align to prescribed hotel rules. Excellent staff, Thomas Mojka is one of the most professional reception staff! The Manageress was acessible to guests and eager to receive feedback.

  hier valt weinig aan op te merken een hotel van dit niveau is gewoon top,een aanrader voor wie eens luxueus wil overnachten aan die prijs want bij ons is dat echt wel duur. - Ruime en mooie kamers

  Bijzonder prettige plek om te verblijven, echt een thuisgevoel. Super clean, Liefst 3 gemeenschappelijke douches maar ik heb daar nooit iemand aangetroffen (wellicht door mijn schema: 11 uur ontbijten...) mensen dit is echt een toppertje, zeker als je het niet erg vindt om 10 minuutjes te lopen naar het centrum. Wijk Kazimierz is overigens hartstik... wat mensen zeggen » ke leuk. - een uitstekend diner op laat tijdstip, rustige ligging en toch dicht bij het centrum, de ontvangst was prettig, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur, geen storing door kamermeisjes 's ochtends.
