  Everything! A very clean, quiet, hotel with excellent food and service in an attractive location with a lot of different things to see. Excellent value for the money. As a side note they had the most reliable and effective internet access of the entire trip. I intend to return with my entire family!   The guy that looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We left an item in the apartment and he was great in communicating with us and got it back to us before we left Wroclaw :) The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. The mattress was a very good memory foam, wonderfully comfy and the shower room was clean with a ... wat mensen zeggen » powerful shower. Tea and filter coffee were provided in the kitchen and although the kitchen does not have an oven there was a 2 hob hotplate which wa - Greg the owner is a really friendly guy. There was somebody upstairs making noise one day and he came straight over and sorted it out for us. He felt very bad even though it wasn't his fault! His apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect position close to the old town and a supermarket. Would recommend to budget conscious travelers that want a bit of extra comfort.

The area around the facility is monitored by security services, so probably safe enough if you arrive by car.   This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the main square and tourist attractions. Just around the corner is a large shopping mall ( Galeria Dominikanska ) and tram stops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very good value for money. The room was a good size with usual facilities, although there is no air condition - The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day. The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw. The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced. It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay.

  Staff very helpful & did our laundry when they could not figure out how to use the apartments washer. Service beyond our dreams. The location was right in the town plaza. Note that this is a vacation room/apartment organization that has many varied units in the area and is not a hotel, per se. - I liked friendly and professional Staff....
